Use `osascript` with `make new reminder in list ... with properties {name:..., due date:...}` to create the reminder.

01Command

Command
$ osascript -e 'tell application "Reminders" to make new reminder in list "提醒事项" with properties {name:"归还图书", due date:date "2026年9月20日 上午10:00"}'

02What it does

The Reminders AppleScript dictionary supports creating reminders with a name, body, and due date, letting scripts add follow-ups automatically — for example a deployment script that schedules a review task. Date strings must match your system locale format.
