02作用说明

一次充电循环指累计消耗完整 0–100% 的电量，可以分多次累积。system_profiler SPPowerDataType 输出的数据与系统设置 → 电池 → 电池健康一致。苹果对大多数现代 MacBook 的额定循环次数为 1000 次，可对照苹果循环次数页面查询对应机型的上限。若显示 Service Recommended，说明电池续航已明显低于新机。
