运行 `netsh wlan show profile name="网络名" key=clear`,在输出的 Key Content 一行就能看到明文密码。

$ netsh wlan show profile name="HomeWiFi" key=clear

Windows 会保存连接过的每个网络的密码。key=clear 参数让 netsh 直接以明文显示保存的密码,而不是打码。在输出里找到 Key Content 一行即可。此方法只对这台电脑连接过的网络有效。
