用 taskkill 强制关闭卡死的程序

在命令提示符中按进程名或 PID，用 taskkill 一秒关掉无响应的应用。

运行 `taskkill /IM notepad.exe /F`（把 notepad.exe 换成程序的 exe 文件名），立即强制结束卡死程序。

当程序无响应、任务管理器也不方便操作时，taskkill 可以直接结束进程。/IM 按可执行文件名匹配，/PID 按具体进程号匹配，/F 表示强制终止而不是先礼貌地请求窗口关闭。可先用任务管理器“详细信息”页或 `tasklist` 命令查到准确的进程名和 PID。
