用 uptime 查看 Mac 开机运行了多久
一条简短的终端命令查看 Mac 距上次重启的运行时长和系统负载。
运行 uptime,读取输出中的“up X days”部分即可知道 Mac 自上次重启以来运行了多久。

uptime 会打印当前时间、系统自上次开机以来的运行时长、登录用户数以及三个负载平均值。只睡眠不关机的 Mac 往往累积好几周的开机时长,而内存泄漏或卡住的进程常常是变慢的原因——重启即可清理。末尾的三个数字大致反映 CPU 在过去 1、5、15 分钟的繁忙程度。
