卸载应用后用 find 查找残留文件

一条 find 命令扫描 ~/Library，找出已删除应用留下的缓存、偏好设置和支持文件。

运行 `find ~/Library -maxdepth 3 -iname "*应用名*" 2>/dev/null`，核对列表后只删除名称明确对应的文件夹。

02作用说明

把应用拖进废纸篓只删除了程序本体，它的偏好设置（~/Library/Preferences）、缓存（~/Library/Caches）和容器（~/Library/Containers）都会留下——通常几 MB，媒体类应用可能达数 GB。-iname 不区分大小写地匹配名称，-maxdepth 3 让扫描保持快速又能覆盖 Library 的主要子目录。删除前务必核对结果：系统组件和其他应用可能共用通用名称（如 Finder、Core），删错目录会影响别的应用的设置。

!注意: 除非文件夹名称与应用明确对应，否则不要删除 Library 里的内容。
